• Ensure adherence to enterprise cloud standards, security/compliance requirements, architecture governance, operational controls, resiliency expectations, cost management practices and delivery methodology.
• Promote automation-led delivery and cloud operations efficiency through DevOps, IaC, CI/CD, observability, AIOps, automated remediation, predictive monitoring and continuous improvements.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional delivery teams, remove execution blockers, manage escalations, build trusted client relationships and ensure delivery commitments are met with high quality and predictable outcomes.

• Must be able to translate business goals into executable cloud program roadmaps, manage multi-workstream delivery teams, drive executive-level governance, track risks/issues/dependencies, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, quality, cost and business value commitments.
• Experience in building or scaling cloud programs that increase account cloud footprint, improve consumption/adoption, reduce TCO, and generate incremental revenue through new SOWs, extensions, assessments, managed services or transformation opportunities is required.
• Strong client-facing consulting mindset, executive communication, financial acumen, program commercials, estimation, proposal/SOW support, portfolio reporting and relationship management skills are essential.
Preferred:
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Big-4 consulting firms such as Deloitte, or equivalent management/technology consulting organizations, especially where they have led advisory-to-execution cloud transformation engagements for large enterprise clients.
