We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team.  This position oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepares status reports
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, customers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Clearance:  Active TS/SCI with polygraph 
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's +10 years relevant experience OR a Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Familiarity with COTS Applications, and related engineering, development, integration, and sustainment activities.
  • Experience with Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) environments.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and logistics staff.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and system integration.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks as part of a formal risk management program.
  • Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and other direct costs, including travel and training.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently
  • Meets SLA response times under high-priority situations
  • Strong written/verbal communication

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
