Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers for a Navy information technology and cybersecurity support program. The selected candidate will provide leadership, oversight, and coordination across program operations to ensure successful execution, staffing, performance, and delivery . This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
  • Lead day-to-day program execution, staffing coordination, and contract performance management.
  • Provide oversight of technical, administrative, and programmatic activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives, internal leadership, and support teams to address program requirements and priorities.
  • Track staffing, deliverables, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Support reporting requirements, meetings, and program reviews as required.
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and information assurance requirements across the program.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing a team in information technology while serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
  • Five (5) years of that experience must be related to information assurance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Desired:
  • Experience supporting Department of the Navy or federal information technology programs.
  • Prior experience managing cybersecurity or RMF-focused programs.
