Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Locations: Dallas,TX
Duration:Contract /Long Term
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing and follow Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases
  • Proven Track record of IT project delivery, understanding business strategy, profound industry know how on Process Automation, RPA, etc.
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional teams to collect requirement, describe and clarify strategy and specify solution features
  • Work with geographically distributed teams and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team to understand the challenges and provide solution
  • Interpret metrics and recommends appropriate actions
  • Pro-actively identify options and/or additional opportunities or actions needed to meet objectives
  • Tailor communication to audience, conveying appropriate sense of urgency and relevant information
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Communicate effectively with all Customers, Stakeholders and project teams
  • Pro-actively seek out the right people in and outside of team to further understanding and acquire what is needed
  • Accountable for project scope commitments and definition of overall delivery plan
  • Produce summary reports and dashboards for executive level communications
  • Adhere to defined standard procedures and best practices when managing projects, ensuring a high-quality and consistent outcome
  • Plan and co-ordinate joint sessions with relevant cross-functional work streams

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years equivalent demonstrated work experience as a as a Program or Project Manager delivering Information technology projects
  • Proven experience in managing/executing large-scale technology implementations, with onshore and offshore software engineering teams
  • Demonstrated experience in full life cycle project management experience including project ROI assessment, project team management and change control management
  • Experience in managing automation projects
  • Demonstrated experience with SDLC, preferably Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively communicate across globally distributed teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Applied knowledge of project Management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, CA Rally etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • PMP Certification and/or Agile Framework experience preferrably Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps
  • Proficiency with MS Teams
  • Proficiency with MS Project
  • Proficiency with MS SharePoint
  • Experience with business operations strategy definition
