About the role
As a Technical Program Manager - JAVA/AWS, you will make an impact by leading and delivering complex AWS-based programs that drive business value, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You will be a valued member of the delivery leadership team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, engineering teams, and client partners to ensure successful execution across the program lifecycle.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS-based programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Drive estimation, resource planning, and governance to support successful program execution
  • Oversee service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks across the delivery lifecycle using structured governance practices
  • Leverage metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights to improve delivery outcomes and decision-making

  • Strong, hands-on experience with AWS and Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) technologies
  • Proven experience (8-12+ years) in technical program or delivery management roles within cloud environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale delivery initiatives and manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience working within global delivery models (offshore-onsite) and managing L2/L3 support operations
  • Strong capabilities in project governance, financial management (budgeting, cost optimization), and Agile delivery execution

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
