Pay Rate: $90/hr.
Duration: 12 Months
Position Overview
The NA Dispenser Team within Professional has a critical focus on dispenser development to deliver hygiene solutions into workplaces. We are currently seeking a professional Program Manager to provide focused program management for critical dispenser projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project(s) to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget. They will have overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, any internal or external partners, and project deliverables. In addition, the successful candidate will monitor project milestones and generate periodic status reports. Key responsibilities include:
i. Integrated timeline development and management
ii. Team member deliverable and accountability tracking
iii. Key Decision timing and log maintenance
iv. Cross-function stakeholder and decision maker alignment
v. Minimum of on-site team connections 2 days/week (Tuesday/Wednesday)
b. Preferred Skills
i. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (familiarity with injection molding, plastic product manufacturing)
ii. Project Management Certification
iii. 5+ years of project management experience
iv. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or SmartSheet project management software
