Key job responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
  • Develop detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, status reports, and communication frameworks.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers-proactively drive mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Partner closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements, architecture impacts, and solution trade-offs.
  • Understand APIs, systems design, data flows, and cloud architectures to effectively guide technical discussions.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear business insights for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for program status, issues, planning, and communications.
  • Influence senior leaders and decision-makers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, operations, security, and support teams.
  • Establish and improve scalable processes, best practices, and governance structures.
