We are looking for an enthusiastic Wonderful Career Center (WCC) Program Coordinator to help maintain program schedules, keep track of documentation, and ensure cross functional teams hit their specific milestones. This role will also support department managers with clerical and logistical tasks
Job Description
  • Assist the WCC Program Manager in maintaining/updating all department Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Maintain organized virtual filing systems and documentation for efficient retrieval and reference
  • Edit training videos as needed (training will be provided)
  • Take b-roll of classes in action and student profile pictures as needed (training will be provided)
  • Assist in translating technical training curriculum as needed
  • Revise/edit training material as needed (training will be provided)
  • Handle ad hoc requests and special projects assigned by WCC Senior Management
  • Manage the reception area by receiving incoming phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain the organization and presentation of the front lobby, classrooms, and conference room, including replenishing water, reading materials, and ensuring proper furniture arrangement
  • Coordinate Wonderful Career Center events in meeting rooms of all sizes by managing meeting room calendars
  • Responsible for opening and closing duties for the office facility, ensuring security and readiness for daily operations

Qualifications
  • Degree not required, equivalent work experience preferred
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use problem solving techniques
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and members outside of the department
  • Strong understanding of Google Docs and Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
