Responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for Wallet Services analytics. Be at the center of our data-informed decision-making process, ensuring our initiatives are built on a foundation of secure, reliable and privacy-first data.","responsibilities":"Lead End-to-End Programs: Drive complex analytics programs from concept to launch, including defining project scope, gathering requirements, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and guiding communications to collaborators.
Define the Technical Strategy: Partner with senior data scientists, product managers, engineering leaders and staff to define the vision and long-term strategy for our analytics infrastructure, instrumentation, and data pipelines.
Champion User Privacy: Steward of Apple's privacy principles within the program, while working with legal and privacy teams to ensure all data collection and processing is compliant, secure, and transparent.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Manage dependencies across multiple teams, including client engineering, server-side services, WPC data platforms, and data science teams.
Dive Deep Technically: Contribute to technical design discussions, asking probing questions and ensuring we are making sound architectural decisions that scale for the future.
Translate Needs into Action: Work with product managers and business collaborators to understand their measurement needs for new features and translate them into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
Communicate: Clearly articulate program goals, risks, and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support.
Mentor and Elevate: Act as a mentor for junior TPMs and contribute to growth and best practices adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, PgMP, PfMP or equivalent certifications.
Payments industry, digital wallets, or large-scale e-commerce platforms.
Privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., differential privacy).
MS degree in Business Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
3+ years of experience supporting Data Engineering/Science.
Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles, including business/data understanding, data prep and modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
Hands-on experience with GenAI, leveraging LLMs for project, program and portfolio management automation, creation and research.
Experience across big data technologies, such as Splunk, Spark, Kafka, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Teradata.
History of shipping complex, scalable, and reliable data platforms, high quality data products and analytics solutions.
Prior experience supporting key PPM areas, including stakeholder management, performance and quality management, risk and change management, governance and benefits realization management.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and align teams from Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Privacy without direct authority.
Mastery in navigating ambiguity. Ability to take a high-level business or product goal and translate it into a concrete, phased execution plan with clear technical requirements.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
Understand, influence, and manage data privacy principles.
