  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering Program Management, or related technical leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems development and software engineering lifecycles
  • Experience managing CI/CD initiatives, automation programs, or large-scale validation platforms
  • Familiarity with C/C++, embedded software environments, and hardware/software integration workflows
  • Experience coordinating cloud infrastructure or automation initiatives using AWS or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, release management, and engineering operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical dependencies across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced engineering environments
Mandatory Skills: Project Management.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
