Job Summary
In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
โ€ข In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
โ€ข Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
โ€ข Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
โ€ข Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
โ€ข Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
โ€ข Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
โ€ข Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
โ€ข In charge of customer's satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
โ€ข Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
โ€ข Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
โ€ข Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
โ€ข Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
โ€ข Typically requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in program administration/ management or related area.
โ€ข Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
โ€ข Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
โ€ข Accountability for the program wellness.
