Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project and program delivery, change management, and cross-functional governance and a proven ability to coordinate complex dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver initiatives on schedule and within standards. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including governance forums, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and manage delivery and dependencies across multiple teams through vertical and horizontal governance. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for assigned deliverables. Promote clear communication and collaboration across organizations to support timelines and deliverable completion. Gather and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, issues, and schedules. Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders. Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution. Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and Bank of America project management tools and capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and presentations. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines. 5-7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles. Experience with enterprise databases and SQL. Preferred Skills: Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation. Experience operating in horizontal roles across programs and portfolios. Why BCforward?
