The individual will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, external technology partners, and leadership teams to help drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across ERP, CRM, warehouse management, automation, integrations, and operational systems.

The ideal candidate is not simply a coordinator of meetings and timelines, but a hands-on problem solver who can help translate business processes into practical system workflows, align stakeholders, drive clarity in requirements, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and pragmatically.

This role requires comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, where the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail is critical.

Key Responsibilities

·Program manage multiple concurrent business and technology initiatives across operational and enterprise systems.

·Partner with stakeholders across Operations, QA, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and IT to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements.

·Help translate operational workflows into scalable system processes and implementation plans.

·Coordinate and drive execution across internal teams and external technology vendors.

·Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution.

·Facilitate alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and operational realities.

·Support implementation and optimization efforts related to CRM, ERP, WMS, integrations, automation, reporting, and related business systems.

·Participate in solution discussions, workflow design sessions, system reviews, and implementation planning.

·Create and maintain project documentation, action plans, status updates, process flows, and operational requirements.

·Assist in prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives and stakeholder requests.

·Help establish scalable processes, governance, and operational discipline across technology initiatives.

·Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

·Support testing, validation, rollout coordination, user adoption, and change management activities where required.

Qualifications

Required:

·5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, business systems, product operations, consulting, or related roles.

·Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·Solid technical aptitude and comfort working closely with engineering teams, software vendors, APIs, integrations, databases, or enterprise applications.

·Experience working with ERP, CRM, WMS, manufacturing, supply chain, or operational systems is highly valuable.

·Ability to understand and discuss system workflows, data flows, process dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs.

·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

·Comfortable operating in environments where requirements and processes are still evolving.

·Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives forward and solve problems proactively.

·Product-oriented mindset with the ability to think beyond task execution and understand end-user and business outcomes.

Preferred:

·Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries.

·Exposure to system implementation projects, digital transformation efforts, or workflow automation initiatives.

·Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, or modern product/project management practices.

·Experience working with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

·Technical background in software engineering, business systems, analytics, or solution architecture.

Key Competencies:

·Naturally curious and solutions-oriented

·Comfortable navigating ambiguity

·Organized but pragmatic

·Technically credible without needing to be full-time developers

·Strong communicators who can bridge business and technical teams

·Willing to roll up their sleeves and drive execution directly when needed

·Focused on outcomes, not just process management
