-Plan menus to meet NAEYC, CACFP, DSS, and ABC guidelines.

-Prepare and serve snacks and meals on a daily basis.

-Develop the food service procurement plan and maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment in accordance with an established plan.

-Ensure the food program operates within the budget.

-Complete and have available for review the CACFP reports and records for the food program.

-Assist in parent communication regarding the nutrition program.
