Job description

Job Responsibilities   Under limited supervision of the Program Coordinator II of the Ignition Interlock Device Program (IIDP), the program assistant will provide technical assistance to the IIDP with the first line response to incoming calls related to the Program. This will include but not be limited immediate response to inquiries from drivers to ensure IIDP requirements are maintained; assist with entering notes in the IIDP database and overall general clerical updates of exported events from the various vendors; coordinates daily mail correspondence; prepares packets for indigent and appeal purposes; performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma and relevant program experience.

A bachelor's degree may be submitted for the required program experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and relevant program experience. Additional Comments Please note: This is an entirely on-site, in-office position.
