Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of a suite of cloud-based software products supporting operational workflows, inventory management, billing, and customer engagement solutions. This role serves as the primary connection between business stakeholders and engineering teams, driving product strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support Agile development cycles.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and product impact.
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Track product performance, communicate progress, and drive continuous enhancements.
  • Maintain product documentation, release communications, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams while balancing priorities, timelines, and technical considerations.
 Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or related experience within software development environments.
