What is a Technical Product Owner Business Analyst?

A Technical Product Owner Business Analyst is a professional who bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. They combine the responsibilities of a Product Owner, who defines and prioritizes product features, with those of a Business Analyst, who gathers and analyzes business requirements. This role involves translating business needs into technical specifications, managing product backlogs, and ensuring that solutions meet both customer and business objectives. Technical Product Owner Business Analysts often work closely with developers, testers, and business leaders to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

How does a Technical Product Owner Business Analyst typically interact with development and stakeholder teams during a project lifecycle?
