Working closely with business stakeholders and Use Case Owners, the AI & Data Senior Product Manager crafts enterprise digital products powered by data, advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI. They define performance metrics, success criteria, and adoption approaches while aligning technical execution with strategic objectives. Operating in a forward-deployed capacity, they surface emerging business needs, challenge the status quo with a builder mentality, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions at speed.   • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Translate business vision into clear technical product features, roadmaps, and design specifications - incorporating data, advanced analytics, automation, and GenAI capabilities grounded in technical feasibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to business leaders, recommending novel and transformative approaches to solve business problems using data & analytics.
  • Identify and champion high-value AI and data product opportunities, including LLM agents, intelligent workflows, and document/process automation, with a track record of measurable business impact.
  • Stay ahead of AI innovation by integrating emerging technologies (multimodal models, agentic AI, reinforcement learning) and industry best practices into product strategy.
  • Backlog Management & Agile Delivery
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment; write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
  • Operate in a forward-deployed capacity to uncover deep technical requirements and surface emerging business needs before they become blockers.

  • Apply working knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance for AI - including data classification, PII/PHI handling, access controls, and model risk management.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustained value realization; manage customer relationships and business user engagement.
  • Accountable for product performance. Shared accountability for business outcomes with Business Use Case Owner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; comply with all policies and standards; review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines; responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.

What We Need From You

  • 10+ years professional experience in product management, product ownership, or product solutioning within enterprise technology, data, or analytics functions. Required
  • 5+ years of direct experience owning data pipelines, analytics platforms, machine learning, or AI products end to end. Required
  • 3+ years' experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Required
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience defining, scoping, or shipping GenAI or Agentic AI-enabled products; working knowledge of LLM capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles as they apply to enterprise deployment. Required
  • Hands-on experience with data and analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, Machine Learning, and/or analytics technology Preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in Data & Analytics or a related industry (e.g., automotive, financial services, logistics, or operations-heavy domain) Preferred
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile and hybrid development environment.
  • Track record of shipping production AI solutions (e.g., LLM agents, intelligent workflows, document/process automation) with measurable business impact.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining secure API integrations with leading AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker) and cloud-native AI services.
