In this role, you will provide strategic product leadership by understanding customer needs, market problems, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities. You will build and manage product roadmaps, guide product lifecycle decisions, support differentiated product campaigns, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver business results.

What You’ll Do:

Lead commercialization efforts for new products and programs that create value for customers and support profitable growth.

Develop go-to-market strategies that support successful product launches and identify gaps, risks, and areas of opportunity.

Create, maintain, and manage product roadmaps that align with market needs, customer problems, and business objectives.

Proactively manage the product lifecycle, including portfolio performance, positioning, and opportunities for growth or improvement.

Develop commercial campaigns that promote differentiated products to applicable markets and customer segments.

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to understand target personas, competitive positioning, market problems, and product value propositions.

Analyze market dynamics, pricing opportunities, and profitability drivers to support sound business decisions.

Develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and programs that optimize business performance and standard margins.

Provide vision, strategy, and leadership to product teams and cross-functional partners.

Build a collaborative environment across Product Teams, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve business issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Business experience at a managerial level within product management, sales, marketing, or engineering.

Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and engage teams directly and indirectly.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate globally and lead effectively within and outside a matrix environment.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and influence business unit profitability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.

Ability to translate market insight, customer needs, and business priorities into product strategies and actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry, customer, competitor, and product knowledge.

Experience developing commercialization plans, product roadmaps, commercial campaigns, value propositions, or pricing strategies.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $110,000 - $140,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
