We're looking for a Video Technical Product Manager to support and scale that ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of video, advertising, and technology. You'll own the technical relationship with key partners-ensuring integrations are robust, testing new ad products across ad servers (such as GAM and Springserve), and issues are resolved quickly and with precision. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Video Partnerships maintain a high standard of delivery across every touchpoint.
Success in this role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insight.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with SR PM, Video Ad Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes, improve workflows, inform roadmap decisions, and test new video ad products and capabilities
  • Setting up best practices for Ad Ops to traffic video ads with video ad ops SME across our distribution ecosystem globally
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement and validate video ad integrations across web, mobile, and CTV environments
  • Monitor delivery and performance health of our video platforms, using data and logs to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Troubleshoot across the video ad stack, including player behavior, ad serving, dai, and network-level requests
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to a range of audiences, from engineers to commercial teams
  • Contribute to a consistent, high-quality partner experience by proactively identifying and resolving friction point
  • Assist in the operations of onboarding Bloomberg across our video distribution partnerships, from Ad tag creation to monitoring health of the inventory
  • Support programmatic operations team on our video supply, helping optimize signals and passing to SSPs, brining a strong understanding of technologies used in programmatic advertising
  • Work across proprietary ad tech that supports our video ad ecosystem
  • Can manage priority of requests that come in and work with Sr. Video PM on determining product solves and where they sit within the roadmap

What you bring
  • 4+ year of video experience, within CTV or OTT environments
  • Working knowledge of video ad standards, including VAST, VPAID, and VMAP, and experience trafficking digital video campaigns
  • Familiarity with video ad-stitching logic and terms such as SSAI, CSAI, just-in-time, pre-fetching, video caching
  • Experience using video ad servers such as Freewheel, Google Ad Manager (GAM), SpringServe, or similar platforms
  • Experience with DAI
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python and JSON/XML is a strong plus
  • Experience working with app/SDK environments, including log analysis and debugging
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documentation and translating specifications into digestible user stories and PRDs.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot front-end issues and network requests using standard tools
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving, with the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Work closely withe engineering teams, product managers, and operations team to review requirements, specifications, and set up within the ad servers

Salary Range = 110,000 - 150,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
