Job Summary:
Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking a Technical Product Manager for their Atom platform, which supports the global education industry. In this role, you will define and build the platform, ensuring scalability and efficient services while collaborating with technical leads and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Synthesize, organize and evangelize product strategy and roadmap for platform components by aligning team goals, company objectives, product vision, and customer feedback.
• Guide teams to build features and run tests that connect to company goals.
• Visualize features through the lens of build-on capabilities by relying on APIs, SDKs, Libraries, etc.
• Collect and communicate data coming out of experiments to the broader organization
• Measure progress toward goals and achieve target outcomes while driving continuous improvement
• Define Scalability goals for the platform components to support business growth and aspirations.
• Identify customer needs, validate them with strong data, and prioritize requirements
• Create common functionality that spans multiple product lines
• Work with the UX and Engineering teams to ensure alignment across UX, Engineering and Product Management
• Define MVP and manage tradeoffs and risks
• Client ways to use usage data and product analytics to inform prioritization decisions
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the company
• Demonstrate excellent cross-group collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Manage and mentor a team of smart, strategic, and creative product managers
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7-10 years of technical product management experience in B2B, B2C context/API Strategy/Software delivery
• 5+ years of experience as a product leader working with teams of 20+ people
• Demonstrated ability leading product teams that partner effectively with engineering, UX and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• BS degree in CS or related field.
