We believe pet insurance is more than a financial product and build solutions to simplify the pet parenting journey and help improve the well-being of pets. As a leading authority in the pet category, we operate with a full stack of resources, capital, and services to support pet parents. Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach include our own insurance carrier, insurance brands and partner brands.
    • Works with other Technology areas to make tactical decisions about product functionality.
    • Manages projects that consist of a single development team.

    • Propose and manage demand for application work.

    • Manages projects through all phases and milestones.

    • Manages product feature/capability set for business solutions.

    • Performs market and competitor analysis.

    • Authors product requirement documents (PDDs) and technical specs to support engineering handoff and stakeholder alignment.

    • Scopes and manages partner-facing API and system-to-system integrations, coordinating with external technical teams through delivery.

    • Translates technical tradeoffs into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

    • Analyzes metrics and measures product performance; comfortable working with data engineering to validate reporting accuracy

    • Manages larger projects that may consist of more than one development team

    • Works with platform development vendors and internal cross-functional partners (Design, Legal, Data, Engineering) to provide technical management. Owns the delivery of platform and services

    • Manages product strategy and feature/capability set for business solutions

    Accountability/Complexity:
    • Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seeks guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexity
