We are looking for a Product Specialist for our Clothing, Footwear & Marketplaces category who will work with a Merchandising Manager to serve our Customers by selecting products and building relationships with our Suppliers. About the Role
  • Select products according to established category budget & overall company budget
  • Develop relationships with Suppliers
  • Review Supplier Performance metrics & suggest & implement measures to drive improvement
  • Product benchmarking, including selling price, promotions, product offering, and product information.
  • Create promotional events at the direction of the Merchandising Manager

About You
  • You will have a bachelor's degree as it is required (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
  • You will have 1-3 years applicable professional experience (preferred)
  • You will be a user of MidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
  • You will have excellent product and technical knowledge
  • You will have excellent creative writing skills
  • You must have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
  • You must be a team player with a positive attitude
