Job description

TITLE: Product Designer
POSITION SUMMARY: Arivo is investing in our users and we are committed to creating a user-centric experience for all. As a Product Designer, you will partner closely with the Director of User Experience, Product Manager, and Engineers across the business to understand complex needs and chart successful solutions to problems that our customers and users experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the Director of User Experience and the Product Manager to establish the vision and strategy for your products, defining the roadmap and prioritizing key areas of the user experience
  • Together with the Product Manager, conduct regular user research, create customer personas, and conduct analysis on qualitative and quantitative data to generate and verify hypotheses to gain new insights
  • Create initial concepts, wireframes, designs, mockups, prototypes for testing, and designs for experimentation and development
  • Create and define the information architecture, user flow, and interaction design
  • Proactively seek user feedback through testing and interviews, ensuring constant feedback loops throughout the development cycle
  • Collaborate with Engineers on the Product Development team to create solutions based on research and user insights, ensuring shared understanding with the group and guiding the functionality and design into production
  • Ideate and implement user-centric designs that deliver easier, faster, and more engaging experiences
  • Other duties as assigned
