Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge and Client Interaction:
    • Present and explain technical products to clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  2. Lead Generation and Sales Support:
    • Generate high-quality sales leads.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, showcasing how our products meet client needs.
    • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
  3. Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
    • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues.
