The Opportunity:
The Technical Operator in this position plans and organizes technical oversight focused on unique network infrastructure in support of priority mission requirements. The role manages several large and complex programs that have potentially overlapping capabilities. This role requires the ability to foster and maintain relationships at all levels including mission partners. This role requires you to oversee testing and validating technical capabilities to ensure the solution meets the operational need. You will be able to coordinate operational memos, as well as briefs and communicate operational planning. You may also travel in support of operational objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Division leadership and multi-discipline team to define and shape blended operations to address strategic capability gaps
  • Work with leadership to guide teams developing operational solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Work with team in providing insight and support to areas such as network analysis across multiple networks to identify common technologies that could advance operations
  • Knowledge and experience working with partners, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with mission partners
  • Experience overseeing technical development efforts performed by partners outside of the organization
  • Work with client officers in providing direction and support across cyber operations
  • Provide direct support in overseeing, steering and consulting in engineering technology areas, vulnerability research, and network models directly related to mission success

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, with a minimum of 20 years' experience in a relevant technical field to the position
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas and technical topics to audiences with varied technical and operational background, and at varying seniority levels of the Sponsor's organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of penetration testing, defensive methodologies and network intrusion response
  • Ability to support the design and deployment of bespoke infrastructure
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating formal correspondences
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirements
  • Experience working with the field
  • Experience working on complex projects in a multi-agency team
  • Experience planning, deconflicting, and collaborating on technical and/or cyber operations with mission partners

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$131,800 - $290,000
