DevOps Manager
As a DevOps manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented DevOps professionals to maintain and execute organizational policies and procedures for change management, configuration management, release and deployment management, service monitoring, support and problem management across all major cloud providers - AWS, GCP, and Azure.

  • Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and technical operations.
  • Manage global DevOps team, assigning and monitoring work tasks and ensuring quality and efficiency is maintained.
  • Hire and grow DevOps talent.
  • Lead, plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage o9 platform deployment, maintenance and support needs.
  • Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.
  • Develop and deploy best in class automation to efficiently manage o9 platform deployments.
  • Analyze and approve code and configuration changes.

What you'll have...
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred

Experience:
  • Management experience : 6+ years of experience building and leading high performing diverse teams either as DevOps manager or Software Development Manager.
  • 5-15 years of experience in a Dev Ops role, performance tuning, conducting application upgrades, patches, supporting continuous integration and deployment tooling
  • 3 years of experience with Dockers or similar, 2 years of experience with Kubernetes or similar;
  • Working experience monitoring tool/stack (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Newrelic)

Skills:
  • Proficient with Cloud Operations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Jenkins or similar technologies, Ansible, Terraform, Administration of databases (MS SQL, Mongo)
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and testing skills
  • Ability to deliver independently and to translate requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision
  • Ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across time zones
