Howย Youโ€™llย Make an Impactย 

  • Manage technical operations toย maintainย network integrity and assure delivery of quality voice,ย videoย and data services to customersย 
  • Provideย technical guidance and support toย your teamsย on technologies, operationalย standardsย and staff developmentย 
  • Overseeย purchasing, budgeting, business plan development and deployment of new products and capital projectsย 
  • Deliver quality assurance direction on new and existing technologies, ensuring compliance with FCC standards and resolving escalated customer issuesย 
  • Monitor and review material management, inventory control, safetyย trainingย and security procedures for adherence to company policiesย 
  • Maintainย accurateย records and documentation, reportingย activityย and results to field operations managementย 
  • Develop and support frontline leadership teams, driving performance improvement and positive employee relationsย
