Job Summary
The Technical Operations Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for executing tasks within a dynamic operational environment. This role requires effective communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to support various business objectives.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field; candidates without a degree should have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems for creating reports, presentations, GMP documents and data analysis.
  • Effective communication , both verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Personality Required:
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and teams.

  • Execute assigned tasks and follow up on their completion to ensure operational efficiency and GMP compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve issues to meet prescribed deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operational activities.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and reliability in all aspects of work.
  • Engage in problem-solving and analytical thinking to address challenges as they arise.
  • Complete and maintain compliance with required training enabling uninterrupted access to computerized systems and repositories.
  • Leverage access to computerized systems and repositories to locate and collate supporting documentation to generate Product Specification Files prior to executing packaging operations.
