This is a hands‑on role with exposure to a wide variety of manufacturing systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, testing, and deploying AI‑powered solutions that support production, quality, and efficiency goals.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational datasets from manufacturing systems (e.g., production logs, quality data, equipment metrics).
  • Build lightweight prototypes such as predictive models, computer vision tools, or workflow automations.
  • Support development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations for plant metrics and AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document requirements, findings, and implementation steps.
  • Research new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices applicable to manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain clear documentation of models, workflows, and results.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and data analysis.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, AI frameworks, computer vision tools, visualization software, or automation platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in manufacturing, process optimization, or industrial automation.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and curiosity.
  • Willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently with guidance.
  • What You’ll Gain
  • Hands‑on experience applying AI to real operational challenges.
  • Exposure to modern manufacturing processes and industrial systems.
  • Mentorship from engineers and leaders supporting innovation initiatives.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to efficiency, quality, and capability improvements.
