Logistics Operation Manager - A Logistics Operation Manager oversees all aspects of a distribution facility's operations, coordinating shipping and receiving, ensuring quality, managing staff, and optimizing processes to achieve efficiency and meet production goals.

What you will do on a typical day: 

Planning and Scheduling:

    • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and deadlines. 
    • Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion. 
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure timely availability of materials. 

Quality Control:

    • Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. 
    • Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures. 
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly. 

Staff Management:

    • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse Forklift, Material Handler and Supervisors. 
    • Hire, train, and evaluate employees.

Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 
    • Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment.
