Job Summary:
Lumovy Technology Solutions is experiencing rapid growth and is committed to providing technological solutions for digital transformation. They are seeking a Senior Technical Lead – IBM Sterling OMS to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise Order Management solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring development teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for OMS enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Design and implement solutions supporting order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, shipping, and returns management.
• Lead integrations between Sterling OMS and enterprise systems including ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce platforms, and third-party logistics providers.
• Develop and review technical specifications, architecture documents, and solution designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring system performance and stability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide developers by providing technical leadership and problem-solving support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmap discussions.
• Support deployment activities, release management, and post-production support.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years with IBM Sterling OMS.
• Strong expertise in Sterling OMS customization, configuration, APIs, Services, Agents, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of Order Management, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, DOM, and Omnichannel processes.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating OMS with ERP, WMS, POS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Retail/eCommerce environments, Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and IBM Sterling Call Center/Inventory Visibility is a plus.
