Description:

The Technical Manager provides leadership in the development and management of the Somerset mill.

Being a key part of the leadership team working alongside other mill leaders in setting mill-wide priorities and objectives.

The Person:

  • Degree educated in Engineering Principles.
  • Significant experience in pulp and paper manufacturing, (Coated paper experience is a plus).
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
