Position Responsibilities: Integrated Technical Manager,

  • Assist in analyses, writing reports, recommending actions, or performing any related tasks that provide logisticians and integrated product team (IPT) the capability to acquire in a timely, efficient, cost-affordable manner the recorded information needed to translate system and equipment design requirements into discrete engineering and logistics considerations and manage a TO/technical data library.
  • Assist in supporting an integrated data system that captures and controls the technical baseline, provides data correlation and traceability, facilitates technology insertion for affordability improvements during post-production support, supports configuration procedures and serves as reference for planning the system engineering effort, including technical data drawings, technical and commercial operating and repair manuals, and specifications.
  • Provide assistance in the following areas: verifying TCTO documents, task validation / verification, writing, revising, and editing reports, manuals, specifications, presentation material and, identify parts obsolescence.
  • Assist with developing and collecting technical data and inputs for staff summary packages and executive briefings to support coordination and signature of all associated documents for milestone approvals.
  • Provide assistance in the following areas: accessing/maintaining Government electronic technical systems including but not limited to Integrated Electronic Technical Management System (IETMS) and Joint Computer-Aided Acquisition and Logistics Support (JCALS) system; supporting all aspects of supply system support including accessing applicable systems including but not limited to EMall, D200, and D043; maintaining data files for all depot and modification aircraft from cradle to grave; preparing an engineering data management plan, TO verification plans, and TO management plans; providing technical, analytical, and sustainment support for depot activation as needed; identifying engineering data requirements and data rights claims as needed; arranging and supporting engineering data/TO guidance conferences and in-process reviews; and reviewing, tracking, and monitoring verification and delivery of engineering/technical data for manuals.
  • Assist in identifying requirements for manuals to include military use of commercial maintenance, repair, service, overhaul, and flight manuals; arranging for printing and distribution of TO and updates; identifying, reviewing deficiencies and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) IAW the weapons system contract; and tracking and monitoring time compliance TOs. The Contractor shall assist with: preparing an engineering data management plan, TO verification plans, and TO management plans and update when requested by the Government.

Requirements

Journeyman Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret DoD Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the required level - NO Exceptions
  • U.S. Citizenship required for U.S. Government entity.
  • AND One of the following combinations of education/experience:
    • BA/BS, ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD.
    • HSD/GED, fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to develop and maintain working relationships with the internal and external personnel involved with the project or program.
  • Possess the knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered an expert in the technical/professional field.
