  • Deliver measurable outcomes: Drive cross-functional alignment and launch high-impact initiatives that improve end-user and consumer experiences and deliver meaningful business value.

  • Define and implement program management tools, techniques, and best practices aligned to complex technical execution, drive large scale initiatives across Security Operations, Security Engineering, Governance Risk and Compliance, Infrastructure Engineering and Data Center teams.

  • Partner closely with application owners, engineering leadership, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery with high quality and reliability.

  • Manage clear, concise communication of program status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, senior leadership, and executive teams including the CISO and Enterprise Infrastructure organizations.

  • Adapt execution plans as conditions change while managing multiple concurrent programs.

  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate.

  • Remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.

  • Represent engineering progress accurately from stand ups and sprint planning without increasing meeting overhead.

  • Define and execute high caliber plans for complex, cross functional programs that impact millions of active users.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or complex programs.

  • Proven experience partnering with cross functional stakeholders across Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Application Development, and Engineering leadership.

  • Experience delivering secure, scalable infrastructure and information security initiatives at enterprise scale.

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure implementation, data center fundamentals, cloud and infrastructure security, application security principles, compliance frameworks, release management, and system verification and testing.

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment while leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.

  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
