Program/Project Management Support, Senior

Warner Robins, GA
HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide.
HX5 is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Electronic Warfare Division (AFLCMC/ESY) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Using strong a knowledge of DoD systems acquisition, program management principles, and FMS/USAF procurement activities, independently perform all duties related to program management, including post-award tasks and life-cycle management
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulate strategic plans, develop and maintain acquisition reports, and conduct program status briefings
  • Support program actions such as meeting coordination, milestone tracking, briefing preparation, and the development of risk management strategies, including preparing documentation for acquisition decision processes.
  • Develop directorate-level portfolio metrics, support programmatic events, finalize correspondence, and manage data repositories
  • Using proficiency in Microsoft applications and SharePoint management, support program operations and data analysis across various administrative domains, focusing on strategic communications.
  • Perform financial reviews including producing funding documents and analysis.

Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • 15 years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
  • Must be able to travel, including air travel.
