Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Fraud technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technology programs, transaction monitoring, KYC processes, data mapping, and regulatory-driven projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, governance frameworks, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale technology transformation programs within AML and Fraud domains.
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, compliance teams, and vendors to deliver program objectives.
  • Manage SDLC processes, project governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support transaction monitoring and KYC initiatives, ensuring alignment with AML compliance standards.
  • Coordinate data mapping activities and ensure data quality across systems.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Provide status reporting, executive updates, and maintain program documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall experience in technology program/project management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in AML and Fraud technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, governance frameworks, and risk management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Actimize platform is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Transaction Monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with DataStage and ETL processes.
  • Experience in ETL testing and database validation.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
