Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking an experienced Senior Network Project Manager with a strong Telecom and Technical background to lead and manage complex network and technology programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project execution, track risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of telecom and network initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent telecom, network, and IT projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to track project progress and dependencies.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, governance calls, and executive status meetings.
• Develop and maintain:
• Detailed project plans
• Milestone schedules
• RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Status dashboards and executive reports
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision tracking.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
• Work closely with telecom and network engineering teams to support:
• Network configurations
• Integrations
• Upgrades
• Capacity and traffic planning
• Understand end-to-end telecom architecture including:
• Access networks
• Core networks
• Transport networks
• Call flows and signaling
• Analyze and track telecom/network KPIs such as:
• Traffic patterns
• Call drops
• Latency
• Packet loss
• Jitter
• Network performance metrics
• Collaborate with OSS/BSS teams to monitor operational health and performance.
• Support projects related to:
• Packet brokers
• Core network elements
• Cloud and virtualized networks
• Collaborate with technical teams working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and analysis using:
• Unix/Linux commands
• PuTTY
• DBeaver or similar database tools
• Understand API integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
• Support automation and analytics initiatives using Python or scripting technologies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required:
• 6–12 years of Project Management experience in Telecom, Network, or Technology environments
• Strong understanding of telecom architecture
• Strong understanding of network operations
• Strong understanding of telecom KPIs
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Unix/Linux commands
• Networking fundamentals (IP networking, routing, latency, packet loss, jitter)
• PuTTY, DBeaver, or similar tools
• API concepts and integrations
• Python or scripting exposure
• OSS/BSS systems knowledge
• Strong ownership and accountability
