Job description

*This position requires on site presence, local applicants or applicants willing to relocate only.

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for the organization's online marketing presence. Incumbent is challenged to stay current with digital communications and serves as the primary contact with clients and business partners for online/digital communications as well as finding innovative ways to address clients' business objectives across technologies and data.

Nature and Scope:

Positively interact with health network's internal support teams including Information Technology, Telecommunications, Compliance and Information Security.

Implements digital strategies, provides consultation on web technologies and digital trends

Oversee various vendors and sub-contractors

Lead the translation of project technical requirements into functional specifications and actionable work plans.  Develop and oversee complex project plans including score and implementation, managing to deadlines, keeping key stakeholders informed of progress, collaborating with internal departments and coordinating agency partners, raising concerns in a timely manner, and managing contingencies.

Thorough knowledge of cross-platform marketing campaigns and experience with digital marketing such as PPC advertising, lead generation, SEO/SEM, CRM, Marketing Automation Systems and email marketing.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Work collaboratively with IT team to assure technical capabilities of the web and portal systems are delivered in an appropriate and timely manner.

Create an engaged, productive and team-oriented work environment, Ability to support the growth and development of team members.

Keep up to date on industry best practices for web design, coding, SEO/?PPC and other web marketing principals and technologies to train and educate others on these practices.

Lead a team that measures ROI of digital tactics, regularly report analytics and progress toward goals, perform reviews and wrap up sessions for improvement, and make recommendations for efficiencies.

Produce reports, interpret progress, and make recommendations based on web analytics and other digital measurement tools.

Knowledge of Internet and FTP applications, web servers and server management, content management systems, online payment, web browser features and limitations, search engines, graphic and video file optimization, web authoring tools, CSS, and HTML. Knowledge of coding languages both in web and traditional applications (Java, Visual Studio.NET, ASP and ASP.NET, expertise in Windows and Linux environments).

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Minimum Qualifications:  Requirements - Required and/or Preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Digital Media, or equivalent demonstrated working experience. Must have excellent knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.

Experience:

3/5 years of organizational experience with oversight of web and digital marketing teams. Experience working in an iterative, agile digital environment. 2+ years experience with digital campaigns/development.

Experience in working in a health care or physician environment is preferred

Certification(s):

Analytics and Web Master Certifications Preferred

Computer / Typing:

Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint is preferred.  Experience with .Net, PHP, Javascript, and SQL is preferred.
