Responsibilities

  • Get acquainted with known and new players and develop new prospects.
  • Accompany guests at meals and other activities or events, give tours of facility, and make dinner or hotel reservations.
  • Properly administer and account for comps using sound discretion for the purpose of increasing gaming and generating revenue.
  • Plan, administer and host special events including pre-planning, organizing, setting up, ordering supplies, and other related activities using sound discretion in appropriate use of funding available for hosted activities for the purpose of increasing gaming and generating revenue.
  • Be present at all outlets especially the Casino floor or areas where guests are present in a quantity of time sufficient to provide quality service.
  • Analyze data as needed for determination of "high end" players.
  • Be available to provide various guest services such as comp of meals, taking phone reservations, and arranging for accommodations.
  • Maintain relationships with valued guests through professional, telephone, email, direct mail and in person.
  • Review and manage dormant accounts. Compile data reports as needed to efficiently administer host activities. Make sound decisions regarding what segment of players should be included in hosted activities for the purpose of increasing gaming and generating revenue.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.
  • Address and manage complaints, grievances or concerns from team members and patrons and support quality customer service.
  • Provide for the safety of team members, including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Protect and preserve assets of the company.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned

  • Associate's degree from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one year related experience and/or training in sales or casino business including table games and slots
  • Casino operations experience is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to prepare, read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
