As a Senior Technical Editor, you will serve as a senior documentation and publications professional responsible for planning, coordinating, reviewing, managing, and ensuring the quality of technical documentation across government programs. What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee technical editing, documentation, and publication activities supporting program objectives
  • Review, edit, and approve technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, consistency, completeness, and compliance with established standards
  • Manage the development, revision, publication, and distribution of technical reports, manuals, procedures, plans, presentations, and other deliverables
  • Establish and maintain editorial policies, style guides, templates, and documentation standards
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, revisions, and publication schedules
  • Ensure documentation complies with contractual requirements, customer expectations, and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, program personnel, and subject matter experts to develop and improve technical content

  • Ability to review and edit complex technical information for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
