Job Title: Project Draftsman
Location: Pembine, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime as needed

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Draftsman to support architectural woodwork and manufacturing projects. This role will work closely with designers, engineers, production teams, and project managers to create accurate technical drawings and ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings, fabrication drawings, and plans using CAD software

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams on material selection and project specifications

  • Coordinate with project managers regarding timelines, project scope, and production requirements

  • Assist with prototype and sample development

  • Perform quality checks on drawings and project documentation

  • Maintain organized records of revisions, drawings, and specifications

  • Work closely with production teams and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on drafting/manufacturing best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong technical drafting and CAD experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
