Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical writing within fintech, banking, or an API-driven product environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, manuals, API docs, release notes, and knowledge-base articles for internal and external partners.
  • Work at the intersection of business communication and API-driven ecosystems, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
  • Partner with Product Owners, IT, and Compliance teams to document use cases and value streams across the open finance and open banking landscape.
  • Create and manage API documentation using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Confluence, with strong proficiency in JSON and YAML.
  • Support roadmap development by collaborating with business stakeholders to align documentation strategy with product direction.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by communicating the business value of open banking capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all deliverables in line with regulatory and partner requirements.
