Summary
The Product Manager, oversees the entire lifecycle of their products, from creation and maintenance to executing the strategic vision and roadmap. They act as a trusted partner to various business units, including Operations, Clinical, Account/Client Management, Customer Service, and Technical teams. This role drives initiatives from inception to execution, prioritizing key activities that significantly impact bottom-line performance. Notably, this position does not have any direct reports.
Your role in our mission
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units, ensuring effective communication at all levels and fostering open dialogue with customers and stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to develop technical and strategic roadmaps, providing oversight across all roadmaps.
  • Manage and prioritize ideas and enhancement requests from internal and external clients, influencing the roadmap when appropriate.
  • Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups, contributing meaningful input into product roadmaps and strategy.
  • Develop and champion business cases for new initiatives, defining appropriate metrics and measurements for product success, value propositions, and value mappings.
  • Prioritize work to ensure development efforts focus on delivering the most impactful outcomes for business owners and stakeholders, aligned with required timelines and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure solutions address business problems identified in strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper requirement documentation, including those needed for system acceptance and adoptability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers in available product offerings.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge, innovation, and learning across the organization.
  • Work with internal departments and/or customers to evaluate and improve the configuration and supportability of products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned products.

What we're looking for
  • 7+ years Leading Healthcare Technology Products, including direct experience as a Product Owner in complex, regulated environments
  • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role
  • Demonstrated ability to Own Products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement
  • Hands on experience working in Agile Environments while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to deliver solutions
  • Strong skill in converting Complex Business Requirements into Technical Solutions, Supported by Data Analysis, Prioritization, and Measurable Outcomes
