Job Description

Lead and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Oversee benefits management to track and maximize value realization from delivery initiatives Drive pursuit and proposal management activities to secure new business opportunities Identify assess and manage risks and crises proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Java development teams to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to organizational standards Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams particularly Java developers to align delivery objectives Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality Support continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery management framework emphasizing Java based projects Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in Java to guide and support development teams effectively.

Role and Responsibilities
