We work with union members, credit union members, association groups, and their families across Canada to help them access long-term benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and peace of mind. Our mission is to support working families with clear, professional guidance and ensure they understand the coverage options available to them.
As our team continues to grow, we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who are ready to build a meaningful career in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll connect with families virtually and help guide them through their permanent benefits program from start to finish. You'll be responsible for creating a smooth, professional experience while ensuring each member receives accurate information and support.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing benefit options with members through Zoom appointments
  • Explaining programs in a clear, simple, and professional manner
  • Assisting with documentation and ensuring details are completed accurately
  • Building lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and service
  • Working with your team to improve communication, organization, and client experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to strengthen your skills
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are reliable, coachable, and comfortable communicating with people in a virtual setting. Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, or client support is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.
Qualifications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or US
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset
  • 1+ year of customer support, administrative, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
