Job description

Industry leader in first response equipment is searching for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you enjoy assisting others, resolving issues, and working through technical challenges, this could be a great fit!


ONSITE position in Columbus, OH


Monday through Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Additional overtime hours may be required during busy periods, with up to two extra hours per day
  • Future scheduling could include evening shifts and rotating weekend coverage


$19 - $20/hr DOE


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Guide customers through product and equipment troubleshooting
  • Investigate concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Navigate multiple applications and resources to identify solutions
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and customer-focused service with every interaction


Needed Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role
  • Technical support or troubleshooting experience is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
