Job description

 We are seeking a technically strong, customer-focused Customer Success Engineer to support client implementations, integrations, and long-term platform adoption. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer partnership, and business impact.

You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows, guide onboarding and implementation, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of our platform. This is an ideal opportunity for a software engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, working with clients, and influencing product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and go-live
  • Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and performance issues
  • Lead technical workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback
  • Support Sales with technical demos when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software development experience (C# preferred)
  • Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Experience with AWS or Azure and relational databases
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in XaaS, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles is highly preferred.
