6 MONTH CONTRACT
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our high-growth Agentforce and AI organization. This role requires a strategic talent partner who can identify, engage, and hire senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains.
You will own full-cycle recruiting for Strategic Builders and related advisory roles that sit at the intersection of AI strategy, solution architecture, customer transformation, and enterprise technology. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, you will build diverse talent pipelines and attract top talent that helps customers realize value from Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI solutions.Work Location: Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.Your Impact:
  • Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
  • Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations.
  • Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM technologies, or adjacent enterprise platforms.
  • Experience hiring senior technical advisors who engage directly with executive stakeholders and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
