Job description

Technical Business Analyst (Hybrid, Glendale, AZ)
Our client, a city government office in Glendale, AZ, has a 12-month contract to start in a hybrid role, with every day onsite for the first 2 weeks, then will move to work from home 3 days per week.
You must currently reside in the area and be able to work onsite/hybrid in Glendale, AZ. Pay rate is up to $49.00 per hour as a W2 through Talent Table. No C2C, and candidates must be able to work in the US. No visa sponsorship is available.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) who will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions by analyzing data, systems, and processes to design technical solutions. The TBA will create detailed documentation, map requirements to technical specifications for developers, and ensure system efficiency.
Core Responsibilities include:
โ€ข Requirements Gathering & Translation - This may include gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements.
โ€ข System Analysis - This may also include researching/analyzing solutions and making recommendations.
โ€ข Technical & User Documentation - This may include user guides, configuration guides, and architecture diagrams (using Enterprise Architect), etc.
โ€ข Testing and Quality Assurance - This may include running/managing testing efforts and/or performing testing. This may include creating test plans, test cases, etc.
โ€ข Data Analysis/Mapping - This may include data mapping for integrations, migrations, data cleanup, etc.
โ€ข Project Intake Analysis - Gather project information, present to advisory committee, and make recommendations.
A government background is preferred, and candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field.
